In order to divulge results of studies and researches and to promote academic debate, Fipe directly edits and/or supports the following publications:  
Fipe's Informative Bulletin

The BIF – Fipe's Informative Bulletin is a monthly publication, which discusses topics of economic conjuncture and Brazilian society. Its collaborators are professors of the Economics Department at FEA/USP, researchers at Fipe and post-graduate students of IPE/USP.

In their published papers, authors articulate their ideas and opinions about current topics and often present results of studies and researches conducted by Fipe on the most diverse aspects of the Brazilian economy.
Economic Studies Magazine (Estudos Econômicos )

The Economic Studies Magazine is a quarterly publication by the Institute for Economic Research (Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas) of the School of Economics, Business Administration and Accounting of the University of Sao Paulo (Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo). The magazine stands out for its academic diversity by giving preference to articles that offer diverse lines of thought, only requiring such articles to meet quality and originality standards. Beyond articles, the magazine offers an open space to divulge researches and abstracts. It stands among the most respected and traditional periodicals in Brazil since the publication of its first issue in 1970. Articles accepted for publication in the Economic Studies Magazine (Revista de Estudos Econômicos ) receive the maximum points on Capes evaluations.
Texts for Discussion

Section containing academic texts prepared by researchers, professors and post-graduate students to promote academic debate of articles still on their drafting phase. The authors are solely responsible for form and content of preliminary versions of their articles. This area also provides access to texts presented in the Program for Academic Seminaries (Programa de Seminários Acadêmicos) promoted by IPE - Institute for Economic Research of FEA - USP (– Instituto de Pesquisas Econômicas da FEA – USP).
